Starter Guide

A practical orientation to NAD.Power: understand the product information, find the official instructions, read quality documents and know where to ask for help.

Use this guide with the current product leaflet. It provides educational and organizational guidance, not diagnosis, treatment, individual dosing or medical advice. The leaflet supplied with your exact product remains the source for product-specific directions.

Your five starting checks

  • Identify the exact product and variant you are considering or received.
  • Read the current leaflet and official instructions before use.
  • Match any quality document to the correct product and batch.
  • Follow the current safety, storage and disposal guidance.
  • Contact support when a label, component, document or instruction is unclear.

1. Understand NAD+ without skipping the evidence context

NAD+ is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme involved in normal cellular metabolism and enzyme reactions. NADH is its reduced partner. NMN and NR are different molecules used as NAD precursors.

Basic biology, human research and evidence about a specific commercial product are different levels of evidence. Before applying a study to a product, ask:

  1. What substance, formulation and delivery method were studied?
  2. Who participated in the research?
  3. What was measured: a laboratory marker, a symptom or another outcome?
  4. Does the study actually address the claim being made?

Read the NAD+ introduction and its sources.

2. Check the product and kit on arrival

Use the product information and supplied documents to check what you received. Do not assume that two variants, production batches or devices share the same instructions.

  • The product name and variant match your order.
  • The packaging and label are readable and consistent with the product information.
  • The included components match the current kit list and leaflet.
  • You can locate the batch or lot identifier where one is provided.
  • You have the supplied instructions and know how to contact support.

If something does not match, pause and contact support. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the relevant label or component without exposing unnecessary personal information.

Contact NAD.Power support.

3. Follow the official setup path

Use the leaflet supplied with your product, then the official How to Use resource. Do not replace them with a routine from a forum, social post, another device or a different product.

If a step is unclear, pause. Do not improvise a dose, schedule, device action or troubleshooting step. Ask for product-specific help before proceeding.

Open the official How to Use guide and review Safety & Storage.

4. Read a quality document by scope

A certificate of analysis is evidence within a defined scope. Read the document as a whole rather than isolating one impressive number.

CheckQuestion to answer
IdentityWhich product, material and batch were tested?
ScopeWas the sample an ingredient, bulk solution or finished product?
MethodWhich tests and methods are actually listed?
ResultWhat result, unit and specification appear together?
Dates and laboratoryWho issued the document, and when was the work performed or reported?
LimitsWhich quality attributes were not tested or established?

A document for an ingredient lot does not automatically establish every attribute of a finished pen. A passing result covers only the tests shown.

Learn how to read a COA or use the Quality & Testing guide.

5. Keep safety and storage with the current instructions

Refrigerate the pen at 2-8 °C and do not freeze it. Do not use or share needles between people. Use a new sterile needle for each use and dispose of used needles through an appropriate local sharps route.

Do not infer that a product is safe or ruined after an unverified temperature excursion. Contact support with the order number, product or batch identifier, approximate conditions and duration. Do not leave needles in household recycling or where children or others can reach them.

For travel, check the current product instructions and the carrier and destination requirements before packing. Use the storage and travel checklist.

6. Route the question to the right place

Your one-page decision checklist

  • I know which exact product and variant I am evaluating.
  • I can find the current leaflet and official instructions.
  • I understand what the available quality document covers and what it does not prove.
  • I have reviewed the storage, safety and disposal guidance.
  • I understand the shipping, customs and returns information for my location.
  • I know how to contact support about the actual product or order.
  • I will seek qualified professional advice for individual health questions.

Review Shipping & Returns or ask NAD.Power support.

Document note: online instructions and batch documents can change. Check the current website and supplied leaflet rather than relying on an old downloaded copy. To report a correction or request an accessible format, contact NAD.Power.
