These terms govern your purchase and use of products from POWER BioTech LLC (“POWER BioTech”, “we”, “us”) operating the website at nadpower.is. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

2. Products & pricing
We sell consumer wellness products. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any applicable duties are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. We may change prices and product specifications at any time, but the price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
3. Order & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before despatch — for example if the product is mispriced, out of stock, or the destination is one we cannot legally ship to.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment partner. We never store full card details on our servers.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk transfers to you on delivery. If a parcel does not arrive within the published window, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer based in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. The right does not apply to sealed health products that have been unsealed after delivery (Article 16(e)). See our Shipping & Returns page for the full procedure.
7. Conformity & defects
We deliver products that conform to their description. If the product you receive is defective or non-conforming, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovery. Statutory consumer rights under the laws of the country of your habitual residence apply in addition to these terms and are not limited by them.
8. Intended use & medical disclaimer
NAD.Power is sold as a wellness product. It is not a prescription medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on our website is informational only and does not constitute medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the product. By purchasing you confirm that you are using the product on your own informed responsibility.
9. Acceptable use
You may not resell our products without written consent, modify or repackage them, or use them in a way that violates the laws of your country.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence apply where they offer you stronger protection. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated on this page; continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
