Before use

Storage

Refrigerate at 2-8 °C as directed in the current product information.
Do not freeze.
Keep the product protected from heat and direct light.
Follow the expiry and in-use information supplied with your exact product.
Keep the pen and accessories out of reach of children and pets.

Shipping insulation is designed for transit, not long-term storage. Move the product to appropriate storage after delivery and follow the leaflet.

If storage conditions went wrong

Do not guess whether the product is still suitable after freezing, overheating or another significant temperature excursion. Keep the product, packaging and any available delivery information and contact support for product-specific guidance.

Travel checklist
