Quality & Testing

Quality should be checked against a specific product and batch, not accepted as a badge. Use this page to understand batch documents and request the document that belongs to your order.

Match the document to your product

A useful quality document identifies what was tested and connects each result to a test, method, unit and date. A report for one ingredient lot, variant or production batch does not automatically describe another.

  1. Find the batch or lot identifier on your product or packaging.
  2. Check that the document names the same product and identifier.
  3. Read what material was tested: ingredient, bulk solution or finished product.
  4. Review the specification and measured result together.
  5. Contact us if the match is missing or unclear.
Need your batch document? Email [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the product label. We will help identify the relevant available document.

What different documents can tell you

EvidenceWhat it supportsWhat it does not prove alone
Ingredient specificationThe agreed requirements for a named materialThat every finished pen meets every requirement
Ingredient certificateReported results for a particular ingredient lotFinished-product quality or a health outcome
Finished-product reportNamed tests on a defined finished batchAttributes that were not tested
Manufacturing certificateA stated scope for a named site and periodThat a specific batch passed every product test

How to read a result

Look for five things together: the tested item, the test method, the unit, the acceptance criterion and the measured result. A number without its context is easy to misread. A passing result covers only the tests listed in the document.

Our plain-English COA guide explains identity, potency, purity and common certificate limitations.

What a COA does not establish

A certificate of analysis is laboratory evidence within a defined scope. It does not establish a clinical benefit, an individual response, an optimal amount, country-specific legality or equivalence with another product.

  • Do not read a missing test as a passing test.
  • Do not transfer an ingredient result automatically to the finished product.
  • Do not treat a laboratory logo as proof that every method is accredited.
  • Do not treat a quality result as a safety or efficacy guarantee for every person.
