POWER BioTech LLC is a small Iceland-registered biotech company building one product extremely well: a pre-filled, pharmaceutical-grade NAD⁺ injection pen that anyone can use at home.

Why we exist

NAD⁺ is the molecule your cells run on. Levels drop sharply by midlife and most people feel it — less energy, slower recovery, foggier days. The science of NAD⁺ repletion is well established. The delivery, until now, has not been: oral precursors lose most of their dose to first-pass metabolism, IV drips cost €300 a session and require a clinic.

We built NAD.Power to solve the delivery problem. A pre-filled subcutaneous pen, dosed in single increments, sterile and shelf-stable, that you keep in the fridge and use on your own schedule. The same active molecule clinics charge for — without the clinic.

How we operate

• Pharmaceutical-grade NAD⁺ — sourced from a GMP-certified European manufacturer, certificate of analysis on every batch.
• Cold-chain logistics — cold-shipped from our EU fulfilment partner; tracked, discreet, no clinical branding on the parcel.
• Small product line — one pen, two strengths. We’d rather make one thing exceptionally well than many things adequately.
• Direct support — emails go to a human, not a ticket queue.

The team

POWER BioTech LLC is a registered Icelandic limited liability company. The team is small — a founder with a regulatory and biotech background, a logistics lead, and a contract manufacturer in continental Europe. We’re not chasing a $1B exit. We’re building something we want to use ourselves and that our customers can rely on.
