Editorial Policy
Our educational content should make NAD.Power easier to understand, not harder to verify. This policy explains how we separate product facts, scientific evidence and marketing.
Our editorial principles
- Clarity before persuasion. We answer the reader's question directly and use plain language.
- Evidence before claims. Scientific statements need an appropriate source. Product statements need current product documentation.
- Limitations stay visible. We do not remove uncertainty to make a stronger sales message.
- One page owns one task. Instructions, quality evidence, safety and educational guides have distinct homes.
- No fabricated trust. We do not invent reviews, experts, certificates, clinic relationships or results.
Sources
For scientific topics we prioritise original peer-reviewed research, regulators and recognised public-health organisations. For product facts we use the current leaflet, specifications, authenticated batch documents and approved operating procedures. Competitor websites and customer testimonials are not scientific evidence.
Evidence boundaries
We distinguish cell and animal research from human research, biomarkers from health outcomes and one administration route from another. Findings about oral NMN, NR or IV NAD+ do not automatically establish an effect from a subcutaneous NAD+ pen.
Product and medical review
Device, dosing, safety, storage and quality content requires review against the current product documentation before publication. Health-related content also requires the appropriate qualified review. Reviewer names and dates are added when that review has actually taken place.
Commercial relationships
NAD.Power sells the product discussed on this website. Educational guides may link to the product, instructions or quality resources where useful, but commercial interest does not change the evidence. Sponsored or affiliate relationships must be disclosed when present.
AI assistance
We may use AI tools for research organisation, outlines and drafting. AI output is not treated as evidence and does not approve medical, legal or product claims. A human owner must review the final content and sources before publication.
Updates and corrections
Content is reviewed when the product, leaflet, batch documentation, guidance or relevant evidence changes. Dates reflect a real review, not an automatic timestamp. Significant corrections should be identified on the page rather than made silently.
Translations
English is the source version for new educational content. Translations should preserve evidence limitations, warnings and product terminology. A translated page should not add claims that are absent from the approved source.
Feedback
If you find an inaccurate, misleading or outdated statement, email [email protected] with the page URL and the passage concerned. For product-specific questions, include the order or batch identifier where relevant.
