How to Use
Start with the leaflet supplied with your exact NAD.Power product. This guide helps you find the right instructions, check your kit and know when to pause and ask for help.
Before you begin
Set up in a clean, well-lit space and keep your order information nearby. Compare the product, variant and leaflet with your order. Check the packaging and supplied components before use.
- Confirm that the product and variant match your order.
- Read the current leaflet from beginning to end.
- Check the kit against the packing list.
- Keep the box and any batch identifier for support.
- If anything is damaged, missing, opened or unclear, pause and contact us before use.
Your kit
The current NAD.Power kit includes a pre-filled pen, needle tips, alcohol pads and printed product information. The exact contents can vary by product version, so the packing list supplied with your order is the authoritative list.
See the current product options or ask us about your kit.
The six-stage framework
Use the printed leaflet for the exact actions, settings and timing. The same six stages help you organise the process:
- Prepare. Read the instructions and prepare your workspace and supplies.
- Check. Confirm the product, components and any acceptance criteria in the leaflet.
- Set. Follow only the markings and setting process described for your exact device.
- Use. Follow the approved product instructions without improvising missing steps.
- Finish. Complete the process and handle used components as directed.
- Store. Follow the storage information on your product and in the leaflet.
If something does not look right
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| An item is missing or damaged | Pause. Keep the packaging and contact support before use. |
| The leaflet does not match the product | Do not guess. Send us a photo of the product, label and leaflet. |
| The device appears faulty | Do not dismantle or repair it. Contact support. |
| You are unsure whether a step completed | Do not automatically repeat it. Check the leaflet and seek qualified advice. |
| You experience concerning symptoms | Stop use and seek prompt medical advice. Use emergency services for severe or urgent symptoms. |
Needles and disposal
Used needles belong in an appropriate sharps container, never loose in household waste or recycling. Follow the product leaflet and your local disposal rules. Contact your local authority or pharmacy if you are unsure where sharps can be taken.
Storage and travel
Read the safety, storage and travel guide before putting the kit away or packing it. For delivery and arrival questions, see Shipping & Returns.
