Due to the nature of our products, especially injectable supplements, we must follow strict safety and health guidelines. This means we are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or shipped.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or defective
- You were sent the wrong item
- Your order was not yet processed or shipped

Non-Returnable Items

- Items shipped to the customer in good condition
Processing Refunds
